The Village At Cumberland Park site is located at the NEC of S. Broadway Avenue and Loop 49 in the heart of East Texas, Tyler. Loop 49 is planned for completion to I-20 on the DFW side by Mid March, 2013. Construction on the first phase of the Village At Cumberland Park will begin in Spring 2013 and is scheduled to open in Spring | Summer 2014. Upon completion, the total project acreage will be 80 Acres and over 650,000 SF of retail, restaurants and entertainment in a vibrant, contemporary, and pedestrian - friendly outdoor setting where families and friends can shop, dine, play and be entertained.
